Securing a Child Care Arrangement – “A Partnership”
All Licensed Home Child Care Providers with Children’s Village are carefully screened, approved, and monitored by our highly qualified Child Care Advisors. Providers must meet all Child Care and Early Years Act requirements, including:
- Police Vulnerable Sector Check
- Up-to-date immunization
- Standard First Aid/CPR
- References
Our Advisors provide training and guidance to ensure every provider offers a developmentally appropriate, fun, and engaging program with both indoor and outdoor activities.
Before finalizing a match, a Child Care Advisor meets with parents to identify the best possible licensed childcare arrangement. Once care begins, the Advisor continues to monitor the home, support the provider, and follow each child’s development—ensuring a strong three-way partnership between parent, provider, and agency.
